OSHA's HCS 2012 Adoption of GHS: An Analysis

OSHA's new Hazard Communication Standards (HCS) 2012 results in significant changes to the current HCS. On March 26, 2012, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published its new HCS in the Federal Register, which adopts the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).  The final rule is effective on May 25, 2012.  This session will provide an overview of the published final rule and its impact on the industry.
