Access, Accuracy Remain Key Challenges in MSDS Management

Members of the 3E Canada team are ringing in May at Partners in Prevention 2012, hosted by Health & Safety Ontario. May is an extraordinarily busy month for us from a tradeshow and conference perspective, and we are very excited to have so many opportunities to meet with our valued customers and prospects one-on-one.

Here in Mississauga, we’ve noticed a few key themes permeating all our conversations and meetings.   While we all know that managing MSDSs can be difficult and often times painfully time-consuming by itself. Key pain points uncovered at Partners in Prevention include ensuring round-the-clock access to these critical documents, and also ensuring their accuracy.

We met with one gentleman who was lugging around two boxes of MSDS binders on a daily basis.  He was quite impressed with our 3E Mobile-MSDS solution, which allows users to view any of 3E’s 4.5 million MSDSs from the palm of their hand! iPhone®, Blackberry®, Android™, and other device users can access 3E Mobile-MSDS and their inventory of MSDSs, saving valuable time and bolstering EH&S regulatory compliance by ensuring reliable access to critical product safety data and information. (And a smartphone ways a lot less than two full boxes of MSDS binders!)
